On Sunday we showed Sveta at the CACIB show in Saarbrücken, Germany. Sveta became "Saarland winner 2011! Excellent 1st, BOS with CACIB and is with this Kennel KAZAR's and also our new INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION!!!

At the national sighthound show in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, Sveta became excellent 1st, CAC, BOB and BOG 3rd. The judge was Mr. Andre van den Broek from the Netherlands.

We showed Sveta at the CACIB show in Salzburg, Austria. She became Res. CAC and Res. CACIB. After a long journey she was not extremely motivated for the catwalk. Nevertheless we spent some wonderful days in Salzburg and surroundings and visited on our way back Neuschwandstein castle in Bavaria.

Today Sveta fulfiled the requirements for the lurecoursing licence. Two perfect courses on a wet track with nice kills on the hare. As a licenced coursing dog she has now the possibility to take part on combined competitions for beauty and performance.

I just got the very sad information that our friend Elena Fedorenko, Kennel Basandrin, Moscow, has passed away the 7th of March. I would like to express our deepest condolences to Sergej and Palina and to her relatives and friends. Elena will remain in our hearts as a wonderful person and exceptional fancier of the breed forever!

I added the December picture to the photo gallery - The snow is gone but it's a chilly winterday when we are looking out for some hares.
Sveta got anohter CAC and went BOB in junior class in Lostallo (CH) under judge Andre van de Broek (NL). She is now Swiss Junior Champion! We are very proud of her.

We congratulate Sveta’s half-brother KAZAR RURIK (Ch Kazar Olympia /Ch Blisshound Pinocchio) and his owners and breeders to the great success at the World Dog Show in Stockholm which took place the 5th of July. Rurik was placed 2nd in intermediate class!!!

We visited the Int. Dog Show in St. Gallen, Switzerland - Result V3 = Vorzüglich / Excellent - Juge: Arne Foss from Norway - Sveta was very playful on the move so in the juge report stood beside excellent comments, that we have a very playful girl with a happy temperament. - We have to learn that we can have fun on shows but we are not allowed to show it... :-))

This night, respectively tomorrow early in the morning we plan to bring in our 2.5 years old Oldenburger mare. "Dame Rose de Rubin" (Rubin Royal / Donnerhall) grew up near Cuxhaven in the north of Germany. "Flocke" as we call her, will travel the 1'000 km on a horseliner.
